This Privacy Policy covers our practices regarding the information we collect about ourcustomers and users of our services such as our website, our blog,online shop, mobile application and other services (“Services”). Use of our productsand services, as well as visits to our Services, are subject to this Privacy Policy.

We collect information from you at the beginning of and during the customerrelationship, for example, when you register on our Services, place an order,subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, use Live Chat, open aSupport Ticket, or enter information on our site or provide us with feedback on ourproducts or services. We also collect information from the software programs whenyou are using our products and services.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties unless otherwise stated below.

Our services may be provided using resources and servers located in various countriesaround the world. 8. How do we safeguard your information?

We has established electronic and administrative safeguards designed to make thedata collected secure. Manually processed documents containing the personal data areprotected against unauthorized access.

Only appointed personnel of Company and of organizations operating by Company’sassignment or on behalf of Company are entitled to use the personal data fileapplication. All persons processing the application have a personal right of use basedon the data a person needs according to his/her job description. The system isprotected with a firewall which protects it from contacts outside of our Company andour website is scanned on a regular basis for security loopholes and knownvulnerabilities.

All of our personnel and our subcontractors are obliged to keep the information of the personal data which they obtain in their work confidential.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our siteand welcome any feedback about these sites.

Our services may include social media features, such as the Facebook “like” buttonand widgets, such as the “share” button which may collect your IP address,information from what page you have entered the service, the browser you are using,or the sections of the service you have been browsing and the dates and timesthereof. Social Media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party ordirectly on our services. Please note that your interactions with these features aregoverned by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

11. Your right of access, correction and prohibition

You have a right of access to the data concerning you in our personal data files. Therequest for right of access shall be signed and made in writing to the contact personof the personal data file.

You have the right to prohibit us from processing your personal data for purposes ofdirect advertising, distance selling, other direct marketing and market research andopinion polls and the right to demand correction of an erroneous data by contactingour contact person. Marketing within the application cannot be prohibited as anintegral part of the service.

12. Choice of law and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority and the contact details of the supervisory authority

The processing of this personal data file is governed by the laws of Finland.

In case you suspect a breach of data protection legislation and the matter is notsolved amicably between you and us in negotiations, you may contact the FinnishData Protection authority at Data Protection Ombudsman’s Office.

13. Changes

We reserve the right from time to time to change this Policy. However, if this PrivacyPolicy is changed in a material, adverse way, we will post a notice 30 days in advanceadvising of such change on our website and other main service channels such asmobile application.
