This Privacy Policy covers our practices regarding the information we collect about ourcustomers and users of our services such as our website mealplanner.net, our blog,online shop, mobile application and other services (“Services”). Use of our productsand services, as well as visits to our Services, are subject to this Privacy Policy.

We has established electronic and administrative safeguards designed to make thedata collected secure. Manually processed documents containing the personal data areprotected against unauthorized access.

Only appointed personnel of Company and of organizations operating by Company’sassignment or on behalf of Company are entitled to use the personal data fileapplication. All persons processing the application have a personal right of use basedon the data a person needs according to his/her job description. The system isprotected with a firewall which protects it from contacts outside of our Company andour website is scanned on a regular basis for security loopholes and knownvulnerabilities.

All of our personnel and our subcontractors are obliged to keep the information of the personal data which they obtain in their work confidential.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Marketing within the application cannot be prohibited as anintegral part of the service.

The processing of this personal data file is governed by the laws of Finland.
