450 g green salad leaves

2 tbsp Roquefort

125 g family dressing

Preparation

  1. Grill the pear pieces. There are great kitchen supplies for that (e.g. a flat-iron oven).
  2. Nicely position the pear pieces into the salad mix.
  3. Add the slices of Roquefort cheese.
  4. Top it off with the family dressing.
