In theory, you should be able to digest just about any type of food you put in your mouth. But changes in food processing and preparation - think frying, lifestyle, sedentariness - mean our stomachs don't always react well to everything we eat. It's best to avoid some food to avoid upset tummies. Fortunately, nature also provides foods that can ease our digestion. After taking antibiotics or medications that makes your stomach sensitive, it’s best to keep a light diet, but it’s also helpful if you have Spring fever. Sometimes we just don’t get that our stomach makes us upset.
