With over 4,000 recipes, meal plans and a multitude of useful health features, FoodToDo is an ideal tool for every person regardless of age, gender, health status or goal.

    FoodToDo Pro is a version built for diet professionals that aims to enhance the way they interact with their clients. Our mission is to empower these professionals with a software solution to make their job easier, more efficient and enable them to have a greater impact on public health.

    Yes, FoodToDo and FoodToDo Pro have been built together with diet-professionals from around the world to cater for the needs and specifications of both their individual professions and their clients. Our success directly depends their work and therefore our community of nutrition professionals is our most valuable asset.

  • I’m a dietitian/nutritionist/nutritional therapist, can I use FoodToDo Pro?

    We would love you to become part of our community. Based on the numerous pilots we’ve conducted, FoodToDo Pro is one of the most useful and comprehensive solutions available to diet professionals. We are constantly adding new features to the software based on your feedback and needs.

  • Are you trying to make consultations with nutritionists/dietitians/nutritional therapists redundant?

    No. We believe that face-to-face nutrition consultations are the most effective way to assist people in making positive dietary changes. We would like to envisage a future without diet-related diseases - hence, our mission is to educate the public about good nutrition and how seeking advice from qualified professionals can help them achieve optimal health.

    Our app is designed to be used on a daily basis by diet professionals and their clients.

  • Does FoodToDo Pro contain any learning materials for diet professionals?

    Yes, we are in the process of building a Knowledge HUB where you will be able to find learning materials from accredited sources, webinars, reports and research, plus information on relevant nutrition and health events from around the world.

  • Do you cater for all diet types (vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, etc)?

    Yes, we will cater for all diet types. Here is a list of all the diet types currently included on FoodToDo, (this list will be continuously updated):

  • Can I manage conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure with my diet?

    Yes. Diet-related conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be managed with the correct diet. It is important to first discuss this with a trained nutrition professional. If you have any undiagnosed health concerns or medical emergencies, you should always contact your GP.

  • Can I lose weight/gain muscle by using FoodToDo?

    Yes. FoodToDo provides plenty of healthy food options for people who do sports or just want to lose weight.

  • Can I log my blood glucose levels?

    Yes. The first version of the software will enable you to log your blood glucose levels manually. In the near future, we will have an automatic system that will work in conjunction with all wireless blood glucose meters and wearable devices.

  • What if I don’t suffer from any allergies or illnesses?

    Even if you don’t suffer from any diet-related illnesses or allergies, FoodToDo can be a great tool to make sure that you’re eating the right foods and reaching your daily recommended macro and micronutrients.

  • Can I share my health data (e.g. blood pressure/blood glucose activity) with my dietitian/nutritionist/nutritional therapist?

    Yes. If they choose to do so, FoodToDo users can share their health data with their diet professional.

  • Is my personal information and health data secure?

    It is extremely important to us that our user information and health data is in safe hands. This is why we’ve invested much of our resource in secure servers and data management systems. The sharing of any personal information and health data with your diet professional requires your authorisation. We are currently in the process of becoming GDPR/HIPAA compliant.
