- Put the rice and milk in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
- Add the vanilla paste and stir.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover with a lid, then simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve at adequate temperature, topped with slightly mashed banana and cinnamon.
