600 ml milk

50 g rice

1 pcs banana, sliced

0.25 tsp vanilla paste

0.5 tsp cinnamon, ground

  1. Put the rice and milk in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
  2. Add the vanilla paste and stir.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover with a lid, then simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
  4. Serve at adequate temperature, topped with slightly mashed banana and cinnamon.
