0.5 tbsp pumpkin seeds, dried, unsalted

0.5 tbsp sunflower seeds, dried, unsalted

0.5 tbsp pine nuts, home toasted

1 tbsp basil, fresh, minced

  1. Cut the avocado in halves and carve the pulp out from one of them to a small bowl.
  2. Season with salt and mash with a fork.
  3. Immediately spread the mash onto the crisp breads and sprinkle the nuts on.
