2 g avocado, sliced

2 tsp olive oil

1 tsp red pepper flakes, crushed

0.25 tsp Black pepper, ground

  1. Preheat the grill. 
  2. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  3. Slice the avocado, leaving the skin on.
  4. During the grilling process, the avocado will keep its shape, thanks to the skin. 
  5. Brush the avocado with oil, and season with spices.
  6. Grill the avocado for 1 minute per side.
  7. Peel off the skin before serving.
