- Preheat the grill.
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Slice the avocado, leaving the skin on.
- During the grilling process, the avocado will keep its shape, thanks to the skin.
- Brush the avocado with oil, and season with spices.
- Grill the avocado for 1 minute per side.
- Peel off the skin before serving.
