400 g radishes, trimmed

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp chives, fresh, finely chopped

0.5 tbsp tarragon leaves, fresh, chopped

0.5 g lemon zest, finely grated

0.25 tsp black pepper, coarsely ground

1 tbsp parsley, fresh, chopped

4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  1. Trim the radishes and slice into thin rounds. 
  2. Combine garlic, chives, tarragon, lemon zest, coarsely ground peppercorns, and parsley in a bowl.
  3. Add the olive oil and stir well.
  4. Serve radishes with herbed dipping oil.
